We propose a contract of lease personalized for each owner who receives a contractual rent according to the number of rental beds in the apartment, situation of the property in the resort, surface, the exposure, the equipment, etc.... The owner will occupy his apartment if it wishes it.

This sum is guaranteed no matter what it arrives !!!

Alpine Property Services deals various services on the behalf of the owner like :

the maintenance of the apartment, household at the beginning of the season, households every Saturday, up to date the inventory in automn, collecting a deposit with the checking of the apartment.
